Founding Pastor Heath Caddell was on staff at Grace Church Southern Pines (NC) as their youth pastor before relocating to Leland . Reach Community Church celebrated its first service on September 23, 2012. The mission of Reach Community Church is to see lives changed by Christ – through loving God, loving people, and reaching the world. RCC has a high serve culture where 80% of the average worship attendance serves on a regular basis somewhere within the local church. Currently, RCC is averaging around 145+ people in weekly attendance and growing. They have two identical worship services on Sunday morning (9:00 & 10:45 AM).
