Grace Evangelical Covenant Church is a multi-generational, Bible-based church in which the faithful preaching and teaching of God's Word is highly valued. The worship service is held on Sunday morning, preceded by a Sunday School hour that provides several opportunities for all to engage in deeper understanding of the Word, faith formation, and relationship-building within the church community. During the worship service, nursery (birth through age 3) and discovery zone (Sunday school for pre-K through grade 5 children) is offered for the youngest attendees. Not only on Sundays, but throughout the week there are ministry offerings towards faith maturity and service opportunities for congregants, of all ages and both genders. There is an emphasis on discipleship, as members are encouraged to get involved in mentoring opportunities, Sunday school, small group offerings, and in men’s or women’s ministry groups. Furthermore, prayer is central to the life of Grace, with a prayer team and prayer net email chain. And members are encouraged to actively engage in service as an out-flowing of their faith through ministries like the meal train, greeting team, and worship team. Grace also believes in contributing to the greater local and global Church, and regularly hosts and supports local ministry groups, as well as missionaries abroad.

The Pastor/Director of Worship and Student Ministries helps Grace Covenant Church carry out its vision to transform lives through discipleship to Jesus by providing biblical and theological teaching, and administrative leadership to all aspects of Student Ministries (grades 7 through 12). In addition, the Worship and Student Ministries Pastor/Director will lead the entire Church Body deeper into  relationship with God through ministries of worship, arts, and music.
