My name is Gary Ray. I have served as Director of the I AM A WATCHMAN since 2017 and as a senior pastor in evangelistic churches for 25 years. This post notes my availability to provide communications, online teaching, or administrative support to a church, a network of churches, or a ministry.
I am an author, an experienced teacher, and an able administrator. I have radio, podcast, counseling, and prison ministry experience.

I could coordinate the following:
- I could lead an online teaching program (several days a week) A few of my study resources are noted HERE.
- I could help the church launch an online teaching ministry that has an international reach.
- I could lead the church in establishing new weekly radio or podcast (I have experience in both arenas).
- I could coordinate publications (newsletters, ministry profiles, church yearbooks, etc.).
- I could coordinate administrative work (policy handbooks, training, communiques, ordering, teacher training, legal [but not financial]).
- I could serve as a pastoral counselor.
- I could serve as a staff advisor (I have served in youth, college, music/worship, family ministry, Christian education, pastor, and church planter roles).
- I could serve as a resource for outreach programming (my specialty).
- I could create and provide Bible study literature for a church . The church can rebrand these and make them available to those in their network.
