We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director to lead our child development center, serving children ages infant to five years. Our center provides a faith-based, safe, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow in a positive and stimulating setting. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated teachers and staff to deliver a high-quality program that aligns with our Christian values. The director reports to the Woodlawn Baptist Church Child Development Center (CDC) Committee. You would oversee the implementation of age-appropriate programs, manage staff members, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with licensing regulations and policies for the State of North Carolina.
