Grace Christian Academy in Taipei, Taiwan, is an International School founded in 1998. Grace Christian Academy is a Christian international school patterned after private Christian academies in the United States. The school's climate promotes a sense of family among the students and staff. This close-knit community, in turn, translates to student support and motivation. Most students who come to GCA, even at the high school level,  grow in their work ethic and have a better understanding of their life purpose. These qualities, attributed to the expression of patient Christian love, balanced by accountability and high standards, are among the unique aspects of Grace Christian Academy. In addition to academics, we want to instill in our students strong and moral character to prepare them for life’s challenges better.

Our current enrollment is 164 students from grades 1-12, with 33 teachers, resulting in a student-teacher ratio of around 5 to 1. Our staff and students are from diverse backgrounds, with teachers coming from 10 countries and students from 23 countries. All our courses are taught exclusively in English, except for foreign language studies of Mandarin, Spanish, and French. GCA practices total immersion and mainstreaming philosophies. Our school should not be confused with “bilingual” or “ESL” schools.
