We are looking for a Qualified and Seasoned Director for our Daycare and School. We are a Christian Daycare. This position of Director manages the day to day tasks of childcare office, including scheduling, customer service, organization, communications, coaching, and marketing. 5-Star Directors are well-versed in Early Childhood Development practices, administrative processes, and have strong leadership skills. The main goal of this position is to confidently lead a teaching team that ensures ongoing parent and staff satisfaction through efficient completion of daily tasks. Bachelor's Degree in Early Education,  Education, or CDA.

Always interact with children. Teaching, communicating and   interacting from the desk is not allowed. Plan and implement the vision, philosophy and Abeka curriculum of VLC. Submit lesson plans on Fridays for the upcoming week. Post the lesson plan for assistants and subs to follow. Allow for co-teaching, but Lead with excellence. Complete and follow weekly Abeka lesson plans for your class.   Create and prepare additional arts and crafts projects regularly throughout the week. Assist with teaching Bible lessons in daily chapel. Positively communicate daily with parents and director.
