The Church at Ross Bridge (an independent Methodist church), is a fast growing 325-member congregation located in Hoover, AL. The church is poised to launch a building major campaign for a new campus.

The church is looking to hire a Director of Bridge Students. This is a full-time position that is responsible for developing a dynamic student ministry that is Safe, Faithful & Fun for all students 6th-12th grades. Bridge Students ministry exists to help young people BELONG to a community of faith, BELIEVE in the God of the Bible, and BECOME more like Jesus through their words and actions. 

The ideal candidate will have the knowledge, passion and capability to design and oversee a ministry that provides spiritual formation for our students, which currently engages 40-50 students on a weekly basis - and is growing quickly. They must be willing to work on a ministry team and be receptive to coaching from their supervisor. Applicants currently in Divinity School/seminary may be considered for hire on a part-time basis, with the role expanded to full-time upon their graduation.
