COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Starting Right, Now is searching for Assistant House Managers. Starting Right, Now assists homeless high school youth.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Live on the premises
• Oversee the upkeep of the house, making sure that residents complete their assigned duties
• Assist residents in the resolution of problems
• Establish a rapport with the residents
• Maintain and complete administrative paperwork
• Keep the house clean following a daily cleaning chart

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree Preferred, AA or Vocational Certifications
• Some experience with youth and/or residential housing preferred
• Pass a Level 2 background check
• Acceptance of cultural diversity, sexual orientation and religious backgrounds
