Volunteer Development Coordinator Job Description   Purpose: Cultivate and nurture relationships between Love INC and volunteers (servants) to mobilize the local church to service. Recruit, assimilate, and empower volunteers (servants) from local churches to serve, lead, and address community needs. This role will allow you to love God and love your neighbor, while using your gifts to have a transformational impact in the lives of individuals in Lake County. Reports to:   Executive Director Schedule: 40 hours/week with occasional weekends and evenings, one remote day if desired. Will consider a 32 hour, four-day week for the right candidate.
