Love INC of Lake County Program Manager Job Description   Overview The Program Manager (PM) provides overall leadership for the Gap Ministries and other programs of our partner churches. Gap Ministries are developed by Love INC and our partner churches to provide a resource or service on an on-going basis to meet needs that are not currently met by agencies, government, or churches (filling a 'gap'). They give churches another tool to build relationships and transform lives, while providing church volunteers with another way to live out their faith by serving others.
