Internally, our Christian culture openly and unashamedly embraces Jesus Christ, Bible study, and prayer. We value integrity alongside ability and character alongside competency. Employees work from the company's new headquarters in Downtown Bloomington with the rest of the team, where we regularly interact with clients and their staff. We are an openly Christian company that has a team-building Bible Study every Wednesday morning, and the ideal candidate will be curious and excited to join that culture.

Formed in 2007 by Joshua Shull, JoshuaOneNine specialized in branding, copywriting and ad production for traditional advertising channels. As the screens got smaller, we were among the first to shift local ad strategies into digital multimedia and social media placement. Our content has won numerous awards for our clients, been featured in numerous magazines, and our ideas are routinely copied by others. Currently, JoshuaOneNine is a team of four working with Jack Lewis Jewelers, Flingers Pizza Pub, Gingerbread House Toys, Bloomington-Normal Audiology, Vrooman Mansion, and Scharnett Architects...with other local clients knocking on the door.
