Open Arms Christian Ministries

SINCE 1985, Open Arms has been committed to serving neglected, abused, and troubled youth, by providing homes and education to those who need hope in a desperate time in their lives. We exist to provide HOPE. This mission is based upon our belief that all youth have fundamental rights to a healthy home environment, good parents, and a wholesome family life that is God focused. Our mission is to exalt the Lord by serving and sharing Christ through meeting the needs of others.

Open Arms accomplishes their mission through two ministries:

1. Foster Care. Licensing foster parents, placing children 0 to 18 in their home and by offering support through-out their stay.

2.  Group Homes. The Miriam Home for Girls. Is a ministry that serve young ladies (aged 6 to 21) and the HEbron Home for Boys serving young men (aged 10 to 15_. These youth have a history of past alcohol/drug abuse, conduct disorders, sexual offenses, running away, and truancy. They work through an individualized program and counseling to help them through their journey of healing.
