GRACEPOINTE CHURCH, Northwood, OH, a campus of Grace Community Church, Fremont, OH (2000+ attendance), is looking for a high energy, passionate and organized man who has a growing and connected relationship with Jesus Christ to serve as a full-time, paid MINISTRY RESIDENT. GRACEPOINTE is a 4-year-old relaunch that has grown to 215+ people and averaging around 130+ each week even during the Covid crisis. Much of our growth has been through non-church people coming to faith in Christ and their desire to reach their unsaved friends/family members. which has positioned us well to continue to grow. Currently GRACEPOINTE has a full-time campus pastor with the rest of the ministries being led by highly talented and committed volunteers, so you’ll have teams around you from day one.

Ministry Overview

• Coordinate and develop our talented music ministry team.
• Energetically lead our music ministry on Sunday mornings.
• Collaborate with our other campuses’ music guys on Sunday morning worship sets.
• Develop relationships with our young adults and provide at least one monthly event for this ministry (currently the meet the last Sunday of the month for lunch).
• Develop relationship with our students (6th-12th grade) and serve alongside our volunteer Fuse director with the goal of leading this ministry.
• Salary- $30,000 for the 1st year with the possibility of the position transitioning into a full-time staff position.
