The Center for Life Choices operates the Mendo Lake Women's Clinics in Ukiah and soon in Clearlake, California.  We serve women with unplanned pregnancies with a variety of services at no cost to them such as limited obstetric ultrasound, options consultation, STD testing and treatment plus more.
