We are a locally based company with extensive knowledge and experience in management, leasing, sales, development and acquisitions of commercial real estate.
The company was formed in 1991. The objective of the firm was to service businesses and markets not professionally serviced by other companies. Our direction remains the same today. For over 25 years, Pearson Associates has provided superior service to clients, projects and markets, not well and/or effectively serviced by other firms. This includes assignments relating to special-purpose properties and multi-state campaigns.
The Founder and Principal, Dana Narlee, is a seasoned real estate professional, with over 35 years of experience in all facets of management, leasing, sales and development of commercial real estate. His history includes the management of 3.5 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space, with over 400 tenants. He has been involved in the leasing of 2,000,000 square feet of space and the sale of over $150 million worth of commercial real estate, which includes 2 million square feet of building space and in excess of 400 acres of land to be developed.
