People of Purpose

People of Purpose is seeking farmers, community co-ordinators, and investors to build local Co-ops that will provide each community 1) year round food source 2) solar power to offset eletric bills 3) pure drinking water.

Super Thrive Solar Greenhouses take over 100 patented technological advancements  and combines them to create 20 acres of harvest production down to just 1 acre.  6-8 harvest each year and the methods can produce twice the weight and size of the harvest with 1/3 less water, up to 9 million lbs. of organic produce.

To fund this venture, we have developed a means to offer our investors a risk-mitigated means to obtain up to a 100% of construction funds returned in year one by utilizing a construction tax credit that allows a deduction of up to 100% of construction costs. And because of the solar component investors can deduct an additional 20% to 85%, outlined below.

SOLAR INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT (ITC)

• ITC is a dollar-for-dollar reduction in your federal tax liability.

• ITC is a 30 percent tax credit based on the amount of investment in solar energy projects.

• With greenhouse-integrated solar, eligible costs includes the solar energy system, the greenhouse support structure, and all related installation costs.

MODIFIED ACCELERATED COST RECOVERY SYSTEM (MACRS)

• MACRS is a method of depreciation in which your investments in solar energy equipment are recovered in five years of annual tax deductions.

• With LUMO greenhouse-integrated solar, eligible equipment includes the solar energy system and the greenhouse structure.

• For projects on which ITC is claimed, only 85% of the eligible equipment can be depreciated with MACRS.

For the first year of depreciation, owners can deduct 50% of the eligible system cost.

Along with these tax credits, investors will be eligible for 10% of net profit for 5 years.

The non-profit partners with well-established greenhouse manufacturers and franchisors for the purpose of creating a truly green and self-sustaining grow facility powered by the sun. Our partner is an indoor and outdoor agricultural science systems serving both the consumer and commercial farming markets. Together, we have the technology, the people and the land to build a facility that will be a model for the food & agriculture world.

One of our parent companies bring highly proprietary, revolutionary, solar and micro-grid technology to complement our partners capabilities.

This relationship will ensure successful implementation of our hydroponic growing operation. Our partner will supply the physical greenhouse structure, all hydroponic systems, and fully automated control systems with 24/7 monitoring and training. This technology is especially suited for climates with greatly fluctuating weather, or for areas with poor soil or high salinity water.

Our partner is in the business of constructing sustainable low carbon footprint growing systems for superior quality plants and vegetables through a system of fully-automated propriety hydroponic techniques 365 days a year. The products capture a niche consumer market interested in a distinctive, exclusive product produced without using synthetic fertilizers and pesticides in a facility with a low carbon imprint. They have in depth knowledge in deep water hydroponics and grow systems with beneficial attributes.

System

Optimized for multi-crop cycles, combining deep flow hydroponics with multiple spacing venues optimizes production per square foot of greenhouse space. From seedling to juvenile plants, to harvest, various hydroponics systems can be utilized.

Deep Flow Pond Systems Plants float on expanded polystyrene rafts across a pond of water allowing ample room for nutrient and oxygen to circulate around the roots. The depth of the pond is optimized for root mass growth.

30 – 120 days to reach full production capacity Harvest takes place on a daily or weekly basis and continues for the entire year. Crops mature after 90 days and are harvested weekly on a continuing cycle through the year.

Automated Control System The control system will monitor the root environment as well as the building environment with wireless technology which enables data to be quickly retrieved both onsite- and off-site via internet. This technology requires the project location has access to internet capabilities.

Scope of work • Providing hydroponic greenhouse, equipment and plans for indoor production facility • Provide detailed plans of proprietary hydroponic techniques • Providing coordination and delivery of all necessary components • Training and education • Technical and computer

Our partner also provides the following detailed consultation and educational services: • Needs assessment (identification of building specs, existing architecture and optimal layout and production design) • Design planning and implementation (project management services) • Continued Support (individualized to address plant, water and computer i

• Proposed site plan hardscapes. TBD

• Water: Source can be from a well, standing ponds, or municipal source. Supply reservoirs will need to be maintained to ensure adequate availability. Water analysis must be conducted to determine the amount of salts or minerals from prior farming practices or heavy metals found in waterways.

• Power: Required 3 phase from grid. Solar Glass panels will create renewable energy to run greenhouse.

• Fertilizer: The fertigation system will be able to complete the requirements for most all fertilizer regimes. Base ingredients can be purchased locally, and our control system mixes a custom recipe for each crop in real time.

Total Estimated Return on Investment =

24 months
