The Georgia Baptist Conference Center will achieve its purpose by God's grace through the power of the Holy Spirit, under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and guided by God's Word, and the Bible.  Georgia Baptist Churches will be assisted in the pursuit of this vision by a Convention Staff comprised of increasingly highly-trained creative consultants clustered in integrated field-based ministry teams committed to quality performance, devoted service, and fiscal efficiency.
