Thrive is a nonprofit Christian organization located in Lakewood, Colorado. Our mission is to journey with women ministering overseas by providing spiritual resources, transformative experiences, and authentic one-on-one relationships to replenish them as they invest in Kingdom work. We offer numerous resources including a retreat ministry (three international and one US based retreat each year); an online community hosting a variety of publications designed to meet the specific needs of women ministering overseas; a one-on-one mentoring program; and an advocacy focus that engages and educates individuals, churches, and agencies to be equipped and empowered to proactively meet the needs of women on the field.
