Creative Dreams Outreach Center is a youth development minsitry for 13-18 year olds. We serve financially disadvantaged youth, foster youth and youth from single parent families. Our mission is to challenge our students to recognize and reach their full God given potential. We take a holistic approach to meet our student's physical, spiritual and emotional needs. We provide free classes in art, dance and music as well as offer academic tutoring, counseling, mentors, clothing and hygiene products and meals.
