Job Title –Sr. Tech and Manager Trainee Program (Certification Training Provided)

Reports to – Ownership Group

Responsible for overseeing and supervising company’s activities and employees. This may consist of supporting the opening of 1-2 additional clinics in Prince William county, within a 6-month period.

Duties and responsibilities

Treatment performance

  • Become certified as an AirAllé technician
  • Administer AirAllé treatments, rinses, comb-outs, and head checks to clients if/as needed
  • Educate clients and families on treatment process
  • Train and certify technicians to use AirAllé device, educate clients on all aspects of treatment, conduct treatments on their own, promote and sell retail products, and complete transactions
  • Be available as a resource for all technicians on an ongoing basis, assisting in their pursuit for perfecting the treatment process and entire customer experience
  • Monitor and measure the results of all treatments, through controls and audits, to insure all technicians are following proper protocol. Responsibility for proper treatments by all technicians rests squarely on you
  • Interact with client base to gain feedback on technician and clinic performance; monitor social media sites and other outlets to keep tabs on the business’ reputation

HR management

  • Recruitment, hiring/firing, and training of all technicians across all locations
  • Management of all technician schedules, availability, daily activity and job satisfaction
  • Employee development & performance management
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Employee relations

Marketing, Sales & PR

  • Insure proper representation at any/all expos, conferences or tradeshows
  • Actively pursue B2B referral sales opportunities with school nurses, pediatricians, camps, beauty salons, urgent care centers, mom’s groups, etc.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans for effective implementation
  • Direct inside sales coverage (incoming calls)

Operations/QC

  • Oversee and/or ensure good housekeeping at treatment clinics at all times
  • Oversee inventory of all supplies & consumables; purchase replacements as necessary to ensure sufficient supply; conduct periodic audits to ensure physical counts match system counts
  • Insure furniture, fixtures, signage, decor and equipment at all locations meets standards

Administrative management

  • Ensure customer, referral network, and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.).
  • Maintain general oversight and insure accuracy of records including A/R, A/P, Inventory, etc.
  • Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management

General expectations

  • 20-40 hours a week focused commitment to building and growing the business and brand
  • Weekly communications to ownership as to what you intend to accomplish each week and what was accomplished each week
  • Available, as needed, to support personnel in the care of our customers (closed Sundays)
  • Treating this business as if you personally had cash invested
