Our Elementary Campus was founded in 1898 by parents who trusted in the words of Psalm 22:30-31 which says, “Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord. They will proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn - for he has done it.” In 1969, a separate High School Association was formed and in 1971, the High School Campus was built.
In 2015, parents and supporters from both associations voted to combine into a 3K-12 school under one constitution, association, and board. From its small beginnings, SCS has grown into a school for the entire Christian community. In 120 years, the school has seen many joys and trials, but the initial vision for Christian education has remained.
When we introduce Sheboygan Christian School to someone new, we discuss everything from academics to athletics, classrooms to curriculum. But above all, we strive to communicate the unique value of the Christian education we provide. We seek to develop our students spiritually, morally, socially, and physically through a well-rounded curriculum combined with a variety of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, offering foreign language, fine arts, athletics and more.
