Grace Church in Sarasota is located on the southwestern coast of Florida south of the Tampa Bay area. The area is renowned for its cultural and environmental amenities. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2013 Sarasota had a population of 53,326.  Church facilities are a thirteen-year-old sanctuary with three associated buildings on a 42-acre campus with room for expansion. Grace Church is non-denominational but baptistic in theology. We have an average attendance of about 130 and are seeking the man God has called to be the Senior Pastor for our church. The pastor teaches biblical based doctrine, engages in pastoral care ministries and has a heart for all people. He will be a man that provides oversight for all of our ministries and leads by example. He will be the principal communicator of God s Word in public worship and ensures the church continues to grow and mature in Christ. Our new Pastor will participate in the planning of services and events while equipping lay persons to grow in responsibilities and leadership.
Our new pastor will be qualified as outlined in Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9 and 1 Peter 5:1-4. He should be ordained with a Seminary degree, with preferably 3-5 years experience as the Lead Pastor. God s man will have a vision of sharing the Gospel locally and with world-wide missions. Our new pastor will have a vision for productive change and motivating the congregation with his exemplary work ethic.
