Position Summary: The main responsibility of this position is to manage and oversee volunteers participating in both domestic and international construction projects. Each year, CWE constructs two buildings internationally and two buildings domestically. Each project is completed within three to four weeks, and we facilitate three to four one-week mission teams who volunteer to finish these projects. Additionally, CWE organizes two one-week international medical mission trips. It is essential that candidates for this position have hands-on construction field experience.
