The CRM Analyst administers Cross International’s Virtuous CRM and turns donor and campaign data into reliable, actionable fundraising intelligence. The role supports campaign execution, donor segmentation, reporting, data quality, and staff adoption, while partnering with Finance on gift-data reconciliation and consistency between Virtuous and Sage.
