Thank you for the opportunity to interview with you today for the Call Center Customer Service Representative position. I am excited by the products and services that E-Commerce Software offers, and was impressed by the company's genuine commitment to good customer service.
As I stated in the interview, I believe that I could do an excellent job in the position. From my previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center, I have developed strong skills in taking orders and solving customer problems courteously and efficiently. I am good at listening for customer needs and identifying products that meet those needs. I take initiative in suggesting additional products that may be of interest to the customer, as well.
