Program Counselor PART-TIME Initial client intake, including completion of Program Counselor Checklist and ensuring successful completion of client intake forms. Explanation of services provided. Discuss client primary needs and goals. Connect or refer clients to necessary benefits as needed. Escort client to warehouse for shopping. Work completed entirely at Chosen Ones facility.
