CHILDREN AND YOUTH MINISTER OVERALL OBJECTIVE - The Children and Youth Minister exists to nurture, provide a safe haven, and create a fun environment for the children and youth of Brooksville Methodist Church (BMC). This role aims to provide opportunities for children and youth to grow as disciples of Christ, and model a strong personal relationship with Christ. This position will plan, prepare, coordinate and teach approved curriculum for toddlers through 12th grade, and to ensure the nurturing of infants. This position requires regular communication with parents, as well as collaboration with the Senior Pastor and other church staff.   WORK EXPECTATIONS - Part-time position: 20 hours per week   QUALIFICATIONS – Demonstrated passion for children and youth ministry.
