The training coordinator would be responsible foster parent and staff trainings and support groups. They must be proficient in computer skills (word, excel, easy to train on other platforms- such as zoom). The trainer would be responsible for setting up trainings over our five office locations (obtaining speakers and trainers), as well as ensuring staff meet training compliance requirements. All employees are required to sign a statement of faith. 1-2 in office days a week, other days could be remote (this may change with COVID requirements from the state). Flexible schedule on days not in office. Attendance would be required at events and some trainings, which could occur on weekends or nights.
