The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise a maintenance team and perform maintenance work to ensure JAARS operations continue to run smoothly and safely. This will include ensuring proper equipment is used, appropriate safety procedures are followed, and needed resources and supplies are available. Program Services Delivery: Oversees the planning, implementation, delivery and promotion of the organization’s ministries and services, and looks to the future for change opportunities to increase relevance with Iranians. Organizational Management: Oversees the organization’s daily operations and implements policies and plans. Ensures the organization remain in compliance with applicable laws. Financial Management: Recommends an annual budget to the Board and prudently manages the organization's resources within those budget guidelines. Public Relations: Assures that the organization and its mission, ministries and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive way to donors, potential donors and the general public.
