The Multi-Generational Engagement (MGE) Fellow will help implement the MGE team’s current programs from beginning to end, from event development to debriefing. He or she will learn how each program is designed to contribute to the overall objectives of JAARS, and play a key role in fine-tuning the programs for maximum effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
Help develop consistent registration and follow-up processes for events and programs, including CrossVenture, Brigade Air, and Race for Possible (see JAARS website for more details on these events)
Work with mission teams that come to JAARS for service projects
Draft a marketing plan for events and implement it
Engage with JAARS constituents through social media management
Assist with program development as it relates to content, activities, scheduling, and analytics
Job Requirements
A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth

Excellent communication skills
Flexible and team-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow
Familiarity with social media platforms
Being able to lift up to 20lbs
Being able to be outdoors for extended periods of time
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Other job-related duties as assigned by your manager
Fellows Program Requirements
Value global ministry
At least 18 years old
Learner attitude
Collaborative
Preferred
Majors include Youth Ministries, Recreational Studies, Event Planning/Management, Intercultural Studies, and Education
Experience leading groups of various ages in activities, lessons, devotions, or debriefs
