Position Summary: The Construction Coordinator position is vital to the success of CWE's mission. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee volunteers involved in domestic and international construction projects. Effective communication and collaboration with CWE staff, board members, committee members, volunteers, churches, missionaries, national pastors, and mission boards are crucial. Each year, CWE constructs two international and two domestic buildings. Each project is completed in three to four weeks, and we facilitate three to four one-week mission teams who serve to complete each project. As well as two one-week international medical mission trips. Hands-on construction field experience is an absolute requirement!
