Special Education Leader

Are you passionate about serving students with special needs in a Christ-centered environment? Holy Cross is seeking a dedicated Special Education Leader to join our team. This individual will oversee and support our Special Education program, ensuring that every student is nurtured academically, spiritually, and emotionally according to their God-given potential.

Position Highlights:

• Develop and implement individualized educational programs rooted in Christian values.
  
  

• Lead, coach, and support special education teachers and aides.
  
  

• Collaborate with families, administrators, and church communities to foster holistic growth.
  
  

• Maintain compliance with educational standards while integrating faith into learning.
  
  

Qualifications:

• A strong, personal commitment to Jesus Christ and the Christian faith.
  
  

• Degree in Special Education (Bachelor or Master’s preferred) and relevant certification.
  
  

• Leadership experience in special education or a related field.
  
  

• A heart for ministry and the ability to inspire and guide others.
