WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE

• Partner with the CEO and a team of creatives to meet our users’ needs and execute projects.

• Lead daily scrum meetings to keep teams aligned and projects on track.

• Remove workflow roadblocks, ensuring smooth progress and team efficiency.

• Master ClickUp to assign tasks and maintain project visibility and accountability.

• Coach and train team members on Agile project solutions for seamless collaboration.

• Foster open communication across teams and departments, driving cohesion, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  
• Provide clear, data-driven weekly reports on team performance, efficiency, and project progress.

SKILLS NEEDED TO WIN

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management with a proven track record of success.

• Proven experience applying Agile methodologies to drive projects forward, ensuring adaptability, collaboration, and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written skills to ensure clarity and collaboration.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management to drive projects from concept to completion.

• A natural leader—approachable, relatable, and leads by example, with a clear vision to guide teams to success.

• Committed to work-life balance, empowering team members with the tools they need to succeed.

• Independent problem solver, disciplined and resourceful, thriving in challenges.

• Keenly aware of team dynamics, able to inspire confidence while addressing issues head-on when necessary.
