Are you a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional with a passion for leadership and Christ-centered behavioral health care? Home of Grace Counseling, a Christ-centric practice, is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and inspire our team in delivering exceptional, Christ-centered counseling services to our community.

At Home of Grace Counseling, we are committed to providing compassionate, Christian behavioral health services. Our mission is to guide individuals and families toward healing and restoration through counseling rooted in Biblical principles. We are launching innovative discipleship programs, such as The Broken, to further our mission of bringing hope and healing to those in need.

Position Overview
As the Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure quality care, and support a team of clinicians in providing ethical, Christ-centered counseling services. This is a key leadership role where your expertise will shape the future of our practice and the lives we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, ethical practices, and state regulations.
  • Oversee program development, including the integration of Christ-centered initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular case consultations and staff training to enhance clinical competencies.
  • Manage the development of evidence-based, Christ-centered counseling services.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a caseload of clients to stay connected to direct care.

Qualifications

  • Licensed behavioral health professional in the state of Arizona.(Psy.D, LCSW,LPC,etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong alignment with and commitment to Home of Grace Counseling’s Christ-centered mission.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in program development and staff training preferred.
