Job Description
The Vine Church of Marysville is seeking a passionate and dynamic associate pastor. This role is designed for a dedicated individual who has a heart for guiding and mentoring in youth, as well as leading worship services. The ideal candidate will have strong Christian faith, experience in youth and or worship ministry, and a desire to contribute to the growth of our church community. This position involves a blend of spiritual leadership, event planning, and community outreach, with a particular focus on recruiting and engaging families.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in ministry, Theology, Music, or a related field preferred. Relevant
experience may substitute for formal education.
• Experience: Previous experience in youth ministry and/or worship leadership is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and families.
• Personal Qualities: A deep commitment to Christian faith, a heart for youth, and a proactive, enthusiastic approach to ministry.
