Canyonview Ministries consists of Canyonview Camp, equestrian center, and other Christian
outreaches and operates under Bible Teaching Incorporated. Mission: With a biblical foundation,
Canyonview provides a safe outdoor environment, spiritually and educationally vibrant programs,
and practical leadership training to impact youth, adults, and families in the local community and
beyond. Canyonview is looking for an Executive Director, accountable to the board of directors, to lead the ministry into the future by overseeing all aspects of operations at their location in Silverton, Oregon. Canyonview has been spreading the gospel and “speaking the Truth in love” since 1966.
Canyonview needs a new leader with the energy and passion to take the organization into the future due to the retirement of the existing Executive Director. The ideal candidate loves Jesus Christ, loves people, and meets the qualifications of an elder as specified in 1 Timothy 3:1-7. The Executive Director must be a self-starting hard worker with the necessary organizational skills to manage multiple facets of camp life including adherence to biblical truth, personnel, facilities,
finances/fundraising and marketing. It is a full-time salaried position that includes housing (if
