Job Description
We are a faith-based company that invests all our time, talent, and treasure for the greater good of the healthcare community. Our Special Assets officer will manage a book of 30-50 credits in commercial and individual credits related to the healthcare industry.
Culture fit is essential to our growth-oriented company. We require a servant leadership personality, the ability to work in teams, excellent organizational skills, self-structure, and strong interpersonal skills rooted in faith.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Workout experience, commercial lending experience, and commercial underwriting experience preferably in a commercial bank
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Exquisite written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of commercial loan documents
- Experience with legal system and creditor rights
- Proficient computer skills with the willingness to learn new software
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong demonstrated skills to effectively collaborate both internally and externally
- Skilled in preparation and comfortable with deadlines
