Christian Marriage Reboot Course Job Post:

Job Title: Christian Coaching Couple; “Join our Team of Christian Marriage Coaching Couples: Empower struggling young Christian couples to build strong, God-centered marriages”.

Christian Coaching Couple is a Christian couple whose job will be to facilitate 10 Zoom Community Group Meetings of 6 Christian young couples who have been married less than 8 years and are struggling in their marriage but desire to join the Christian Marriage Reboot Course to reverse the withdrawal in their marriage and reignite the romance between them in order to become "one person" as God commanded. Coaching will consist of (1) leading and facilitating 4 Zoom Community Group meetings during the Preparation 2 Weeks to set up and prepare the Couples for the 6 Week Course and then (2) leading and facilitating the 6 Zoom Community Group meetings during the 6 Week Christian Marriage Reboot Course for training, practice and application of Biblical techniques to promote Biblical precepts, in particular God's Design for Marriage, the Mutual Decision Process, Priority Scheduling via Shared Online Calendar and Weekly Planning Meetings, transformation through the Renewing of the Mind Project.  Coaching includes constant encouragement and inspiration of the Couples to complete the Priority activities and the 1 Corinthians 13 agape love behavior of the Course. Coaching does not include offering advice to individual Couples about their marriage struggles.  The Couples must work through their marriage struggles through their own mutual decisions and  consultation with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Compensation: Minimum: $3000 Per 2 Month Session; Maximum Annual: $25,200.

Job Description: Remote, Online, Facilitate 10 Zoom Community Group Meetings on Thursday or Friday nights for 2 hours each for 6 Christian young couples married less than 8 years who are struggling in their marriage but have made the radical commitment to journey together during the 6-week Christian Marriage Reboot Course and 2 Preparation Weeks to reverse withdrawal and reignite romance toward becoming “one person” as commanded by God.

Start Date:   During the July-August Session, you will be facilitating the Zoom Community Group Meetings as the Christian Coaching Couple but you will be a Student Couple in the May-June Session as Students taking the Reboot Course as Training (at no costs to you) lead by a Mentor Couple.  Here is the Website that explains the details of the Reboot Course:  https://www.marriageprioritytraining.org/  

 Session One

July 6, 2023, to August 25, 2023,

Thursday or Friday nights.

Zoom Meetings for the 2 Preparation Weeks: July 6, 9, 13, 16.

Zoom Meetings for the 6 Course Weeks: Friday nights from 7-9 PM on July 21, 28, August 4, 11, 18, 25.

Dates and times can be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Coaches and Community Group for a total of 20 work hours.

Administrative and Reporting Duties:

2 hours per week for administrative and reporting duties

Posting the Zoom recording on the Course website for those not attending to review (30 minutes per week)

Zoom meeting with Mentor couple and 5 other Christian Coaching Couples to give feedback on the highs and lows of their Zoom Community Group meetings to get encouraged, supported and inspired in their facilitation, get questions answered, turn over any problem issues to let Mentor Couple handle (.9 hour per week)

Check proposed comments by Community Group for chat room and approve or reject posting if not encouraging, supportive or inspiring (10 minutes a day, 1.1 hours per week).

Coaching Responsibilities:

Leading and facilitating the 10 Zoom Community Group meetings during the 2 weeks of Preparation and the 6 Weeks of the Course

By following a Pre-Scripted Agenda

for each Community Group Meeting for training, practice and application of Biblical techniques to promote Biblical precepts, in particular God's Design for Marriage, the Mutual Decision Process, Priority Scheduling via Shared Online Calendar and Weekly Planning Meetings, transformation through the Renewing of the Mind Project.

Coaching includes constant encouragement and inspiration of the Couples to complete the Priority activities and the 1 Corinthians 13 agape love behavior of the Course.

Coaching does not include offering advice to individual Couples about their marriage struggles. The Couples must work through their marriage struggles through their own mutual decisions and consultation with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Prerequisite:  Training Session - May-June 2023

At no cost to you, before you facilitate your first Reboot Course Community Group during Session #1 (July and August 2023), you must first successfully complete the Reboot Course as a Student during May and June 2023 along with 5 other Coaching Couple Candidates which will be lead by a Mentor Couple as Training for your facilitation of your first Community Group during Session #1 (July and August 2023),

The Training Course consists of 2 weeks of Preparation consisting of 2 hour Zoom meetings on May 4, 7, 11, 14, and

The Training Course continues for the next 6-weeks with you as Students in the Christian Marriage Reboot Course from May 15- June 23, 2023, as a Student

You will be journeying through this Training with 5 other Christian Coaching Candidates (from around the nation) who are also being trained in the Training Course

Training Course is to equip Christian Coaching Candidates to be successful in their future duties as a Christian Coaching Couple during Session 1 July 6 – August 25, 2023.

Your future Mentor Couple will lead you and the 5 other Coaching Candidate Couples through the Training Preparation and Course.
