With more than just a focus on education, My Father’s World (MFW) is a missions training and Kingdom hospitality organization with a goal of equipping families to see the world through God’s eyes. Located in Rolla, MO, My Father’s World is currently seeking a part-time Printing Production Associate to join our dedicated team and provide diligent, timely, and high-quality production work.

Reporting directly to the Production Operations Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the finishing work on the production floor as well as helping to make sure that both raw materials and finished goods are properly maintained and stored for efficient workflow.

To the qualified Printing Production Associate we offer:

• $15 - $17/hr, commensurate with experience
• Limited PTO

Our ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, responding well to changing priorities. Approaching each day with self-management/initiative and the ability to work effectively with others is essential for this position as well as a comfort with doing repetitive tasks.

Our candidate should possess strong communication skills that will ensure healthy team function and successful execution of the required tasks. They should also be able to grow into greater responsibilities in the future.

Primary duties of the Printing Production Associate:

• Providing finishing work, including cutting, coiling, shrink wrapping, and laminating
• Providing back up and assistance to the lead printer
• Monitoring, maintaining, and moving proper raw materials inventory levels on the production floor
• Performing preventative maintenance on all finishing equipment
