Premise

 

Operation Exodus USA exists as a response to the very specific calling of God to facilitate the immigration of Jewish people to Israel now and in times of distress.  The intercessory and prophetic components have significant weight in the organization in order to effectively work in harmony with what God requires. We are reaching out to the Christian community as well as the Jewish community in the USA.

 

Profile

 

The Marketing and Social Media Specialist’s focus will be to develop and execute a three-year marketing strategy plan that supports and extends the vision and purpose of the organizations strategies and goals while increasing financial support. The Marketing and Social Media Specialist will maintain an ongoing and highly effective marketing and communications plan within the organization, our donor base, the Christian Community and Jewish Community via the plan.

 

The Marketing and Social Media Specialist will report to the Outreach Development Director.

 

Requirements

 

·         This is a full-time position

·         At least three to five years of experience successfully leading a similar function

·         Associate’s or above in Marketing and Social Media (Related work experience will be considered.)

·         Strong team leader and team player

·         Comprehensive knowledge and skill with communications technologies

·         Understanding of social media platforms and social media marketing strategies

·         Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords and SEO

·         Knowledge of copywriting, graphic design, layout and publishing

·         Proficient using Content Management Software

·         Able to work in a multicultural environment

·         Office located in the Western New York area

·         Strong written and verbal communications skills

·         Salary negotiable based on experience

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·         Be a strong advocate of the core purpose, vision and values of Operation Exodus USA       according to our strategies and goals

·         Responsible for roll-out and on-going implementation of the marketing plan via; print, websites, email, social media, apps and other marketing/promotional items.

·         Maintenance of our website as a communications tool to reach new supporters

·         Implement brand and maintain vison with integrity across all platforms

·         Assist with newsletter production as needed

·         Assist with design and provide support for events and fund-raising activities with staff and volunteers

·         Is a member of IT team and solve in-house IT related issues as needed (a plus)
