Job Description

Qualifications
1.    A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
2.    In-depth knowledge of labor laws regarding various aspects of adolescent boarding schools
3.    Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
4.    Commitment to the goals of the organization and a willingness to do what it takes to make things work

Responsibilities include:
•    Coordinating with Divisional Leader of Adolescent programs to identify staffing needs
•    Determine selection criteria for candidates in collaboration with the DL of Adolescent programs
•    Fostering long-term relationships with key partnerships to send us potential candidates
•    Sourcing potential candidates through social platforms, and professional networks such as colleges, job fairs, churches etc. to find the perfect match for our long-term goals
•    Assessing candidates’ information, including resumes and contact details
•    Planning interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
•    Leading adolescent staffing initiatives
•    Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
•    Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by centers
•    Any other duties as assigned by the DL of Adolescent Programs and Director of HR

Comments:
•    This person must be familiar with TCSE adolescent residential operations
•    Has hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within our adolescent division
