To the qualified Sales & Lending Associate we offer:
- $20 - $22/hr + Commission + Bonus opportunities

The ideal candidate will work hard and possess a strong desire to help customers meet their needs, love solving problems, and be proficient in building strong relationships.
Primary duties of the Sales & Lending Associate:
- Selling and Buying merchandise
- Setting up 30-day collateralized loans
- Merchandising - organizing, pricing, and cleaning the store
- Making phone calls on pawns and layaways
- Posting retail items online and doing online research
Requirements for the Sales & Lending Associate:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
