Based in Rolla, MO, My Father’s World (MFW) is an organization dedicated to rethinking education as well as missions training and Kingdom hospitality with an overarching goal of equipping families to see the world through God’s eyes.

As an individual who is detail oriented, loves to serve others, and is ready to learn and grow, our Project Administrator would have the main responsibilities of managing and organizing project details, ordering supplies, and managing receipts for the property maintenance and construction teams of MFW.

To the qualified Project Administrator we offer:

  • $20 - $26/hr, commensurate with experience

Our ideal candidate will love organizing a high volume of details and moving pieces, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be committed to doing whatever is necessary to help the team, and bless our culture with their particular gifting to ensure achievement of our goal of equipping individuals and families for Kingdom life and mission.

Primary duties of the Project Administrator:

  • Equipping the Property management and Woodshop teams to effectively accomplish their tasks through strong organizational skills
  • Identifying and managing supply, scheduling, and maintenance problems together with the team
  • Ordering construction and office materials and supplies and managing receipts
  • Researching materials, comparing prices, and identifying quality products
  • Joining the maintenance team with hands-on cleaning and light maintenance
  • Openly offering your unique skills and talents to the team

 Requirements for the Project Administrator:

  • Alignment with our company’s passion and core values
  • Very detail oriented and loves to organize
  • Strong computer skills
  • An ability to research and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to think and figure thing out on their own
  • Construction and Maintenance knowledge a plus
