SUMMARY: Frontiers is a Christian, faith-based non-profit partnering with churches to send their workers overseas. This position works with end users via phone, email, and/or face to face to identify and resolve technical and software issues.
Supporting end users with internal Software applications and troubleshooting issues.
Supporting end users with their hardware devices and troubleshooting.
Create/Update/Close support tickets based on customer input, work performed, or completion.
Will be expected to work with Windows OS, Apple OS, and Android OS devices.
Providing technical assistance for questions and problems that come up from our customers.
Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
Will be expected to update and add new users into Office 365 Administration Portal and Active directory.
Will be expected to know Microsoft Dynamics CRM database for basic form development and troubleshooting workflow processes.
Will be supporting WordPress websites with updates, creating and troubleshooting.
Will be working with our Donor Dashboard that uses a PHP/Laravel coding languages.
Participate in after hours on call and maintenance rotation.
Hands on technical support experience for building computers, setting up audio visual equipment, and adding devices to a network.
Hands on technical skills experience with Windows OS, Apple OS, and Android OS devices.
Hands-on experience of Office 365 Administration Portal.
Able to troubleshoot Outlook user issues, browser issues, and anti-virus issues for end users.
Basic experience of networking of wired and wireless setups for troubleshooting as needed.
Hands-on experience of Laravel used in a donor environment is preferred.
Hands-on experience in one if not all these fields: PHP, ASP.net, CSS and or WordPress, is preferred.
Have strong communication skills such as listening, writing, and/or asking accurate troubleshooting questions.

High school diploma or GED.
Currently in or near final semester of a two-year technical degree or minimum of second year of four-year technical degree is preferred.
