Job Description

The Digital Campaign Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize digital media campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Applicant should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing platforms, tools, and marketing strategies and be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.

Each commercial invites the viewer to have a conversation with “someone who understands”. Twenty-four hours a day, there are volunteer coaches online ready to listen, encourage, and point chatters to Jesus. In 2020 these ad campaigns were seen 216,432,661 times, leading to 116,337 commitments to Christ. We are on track to reach our goal of one million professions of faith in North America by 2022.

 Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital media campaigns, including email, social media and text campaigns, SEO/SEM, and maintaining a marketing database.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experiences
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing – managed at least $1,500,00 in annual marketing spend
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing email and social media advertising campaigns,  SEO/SEM and managing marketing databases
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaign
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and frequent deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot quickly.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges as they present themselves.
