Organization Description: Mountain and Sea Educational Adventures (MSA) is a non-profit faith based Environmental Education organization founded in 1997. Our mission is to teach outdoor education in a manner which increases the awareness of the environment, raises the spirit of youth, and builds their confidence.

Position Description: I. Camp Store Duties: Assure store is fully stocked and presented orderly for customer purchases Oversee all camp store operations & maintain store inventory notify supervisor when running low in a timely manner Responsible for all sales and staff assisting in sales during Camp Store hours (20-30 hrs/week avg) Closing registers/store daily & send end of day reports to supervisor Prepare, maintain, and present weekly and end of season sales reports to the Vice President of Operations.
2. Camp Office Duties: Answer phone, check messages Update, maintain monthly calendar of camps Upkeep of office & oversee office supplies Oversee scanning and shredding of camper documents Keep medical kits organized and supplied Keep to the office budget
Qualifications: 2 years in retail sales or comparable, great customer service, knowledge of google spreadsheets, Excel and Word, good organizational skill, good phone skills, strong leadership skills, self starter, personable, work well with kids, able to live in a rustic environment and close community.
Starting Date: ASAP Compensation: DOE minus room and board + bonus when exceed your benchmarks. Room provided 7 days per week, board provided while camp is in session. Location:Whites Landing on SANTA CATALINA ISLAND
