Marketing Manager Overview: A successful Marketing Manager will quickly grow the Impact Nations donor base, resulting in significant increases in revenue through multiple channels. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the organizations marketing efforts to build and reinforce the Impact Nations’ brand across North America.

Primary Job Duties:
Create and/or oversee the marketing communications including branding, advertising/promotion, social media efforts, direct mail campaigns, e-newsletters, and website design/administration.
Collaborate with Senior Management in long and short-term strategic planning of donor development, based on research and inter-agency cooperation.
Participate in developing the overall strategic plan to ensure and drive donor growth and retention per organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure that the organization’s professional reputation is maintained throughout the international community.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with North American churches and partner organizations.
Assume specific responsibility for the planning, development and implementation of the organization’s marketing plans and accompanying budgets, based upon the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
Design marketing material for various platforms including print, email, social media, and the website.
Ensure the Impact Nations mission, values, and brand are consistent across all story-lines through the organization – including outsourced projects.
Assist in donor cultivation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Journalism, Marketing or Communications; Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
Seven to ten years of marketing experience, preferably in a nonprofit or faith-based environment.
Proficient senior level experience with market research, branding and business development.
Demonstrated success driving growth and developing new revenue streams.
Deep understanding of the role of technology in lead generation success including CRM, marketing automation, SEO, social media and analytics.
Executive level communication, interpersonal, and supervisory abilities.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe CC on the macOS platform.
Outstanding writing skills, and able to adopt the company's "voice" in all developed content.
Solid leadership abilities.
Organizational, detail and analytical skills.
Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, partner organizations, and third parties – a team player!
Ability to travel internationally (2+ weeks per year)

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience
