Create internal strategy and infrastructure for organizational growth.
Ensure the organization is in legal compliance.
Manage employees and volunteers.
Manage international field communications.
Conduct employee reviews within 90 days for new employees, annually for others.
Create and execute comprehensive fund development and marketing plans.
Have an understanding of CRM’s and digital organizational systems. Solve problems as needed.
Utilize the organization’s Salesforce database to record and monitor your personal interactions with prospects.
Required Skills and Experience:
A vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a firm commitment to Biblical values.
Substantial experience and verifiable success leading nonprofit organizations of small to mid-size to growth both organizationally and financially.
Experience in building a team that works remotely.
Ability to command the confidence and respect of stakeholders.
Experience in HR management
A sense of humor and ability to be flexible.
Experience across multiple sectors (business as well as nonprofit) a bonus.
Minimum of Undergraduate degree required.
Training, experience or advanced degree in nonprofit management preferred.
