Full time Missionary Mission Jobs

Job Description

CSI Ministries facilitates short-term mission trips for individuals, churches, and organizations. Our goal is to provide short-term mission experiences that focus on discipleship by living out the Gospel and glorifying God through the transformed lives of team members and those they serve.

CSI began sending mission teams to mission fields in 1963 and established our first permanent field in Haiti in 1967. Today we serve full-time in Jamaica, the United States, Belize, and Northern Ireland.

At CSI we believe there must be long-term, sustainable ministry happening on the mission field in order for short-term missions to truly be effective. Therefore, CSI’s current permanent mission fields have full-time missionaries serving alongside local churches, pastors, and community leaders long after the mission teams are back in their home communities. In the areas where CSI has no full-time missionaries, we partner with other ministries that serve the community year-round.

As is the case wherever God is working, ministry opportunities are numerous. Here are some ways a mission team can partner with CSI on the mission field:

  • Construction and repair
  • Sports camps
  • VBS
  • Prayer walks
  • Music ministry
  • Street evangelism
  • Prison ministry
  • Children’s homes/orphanages
  • Medical, surgical and dental teams
  • And so much more

Are you unskilled? No problem. If you can love people then you can go on mission. Loving people build relationships, and building relationships is the foundation of changing lives. Think you’re too old or too young? You’re not. Team dynamics vary greatly. The ages of one recent team ranged from 12 to 75.

There is a mission experience suitable for everyone.

About CSI: CSI Ministries is a short-term mission organization serving in Jamaica, Belize, the United States and beyond. We want to see people empowered in their humanity and we do that through our numerous projects including building homes, providing emergency relief for those impacted by natural disasters, and systemic neglect.  As a result, seeing new spiritual life begins with people hearing about their need for Jesus Christ as their Savior.
