Church in Naples, FL is seeking a Parish Administrator. This is a full time position responsible for the day to day operations of the Parish reporting directly to the leadership of the community.
Duties include administration of the office; maintenance of records; purchasing, receiving, billing and other accounting functions; facilities operations; website management; scheduling church events; liaison with outside organizations using the facilities; and various member services, including communication, member records, and publications.
The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality and be comfortable working with people of all ages. Good computer skills are important along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new programs and web publishing. The candidate should have good organizational skills and be proficient at handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Management and/or administrative experience and some financial literacy are preferred.
